Chiller smart feature: Modularly scalable capacity range

The ability to combine modules offers maximum flexibility in terms of planning, operation, and any necessary upgrades. The highly efficient inverter technology enables low outputs to be achieved in the part load range under extreme conditions as well as huge outputs in the megawatt range.
The smart controller system can handle any combination whether you are using a single module with a nominal capacity of 150 kW or a combination of modules with a capacity of several megawatts. And costs are reduced with just three possible control units.

The unit controller (UC):

This is contained in each individual module as standard, and optimizes the four refrigeration circuits by controlling the inverter compressor. It also ensures that the water outlet temperature reaches the set temperature and controls the integrated inverter water pump.

The module controller (MC):

This is an optional control unit with touchscreen which can manage a group of up to 16 modules.

The group controller (GC):

This is another optional control unit which can manage up to 8 groups and their associated module controllers.

Group controller COMPACT (GCC):

This is a compact central remote control that can also control up to 16 module/group combinations.
