Chiller smart feature – prompt availability from the warehouse in Vienna

Conventional heat pump chillers often suffer from too many configuration options. In practice, this means complex and lengthy configuration and supply processes.

TOSHIBA's UNIVERSAL SMART X is introducing a completely new concept onto the market for the first time:

Selected, standardized preconfigurations which meet customers' needs allow a permanent stock to be kept, thus ensuring speedy delivery. And the same is true of spare parts! Everything comes from the warehouse in Vienna – and there are no restrictions, such as plant shutdowns during the peak vacation season.

Of course, special configurations with options and an extensive range of accessories are possible upon request. TOSHIBA also operates this conventional built-to-order concept with moderate lead times.

The unique product concept also allows an existing heat pump chiller system to be replaced (if it has failed completely, for example) within a few working days, so customers do not have the cost of hiring a replacement.
