One thing in particular was important to ROTH Baumanagement GmbH, working on behalf of the ROTH private foundation as an investor, when setting up the industrial park with around 4,600 m2 of sales, office, and warehouse space: an environmentally friendly structure in which people feel comfortable and stay healthy.

Requirements
When choosing the perfect indoor climate for you, a TOSHIBA VRF system is the obvious choice. In addition to low noise levels and extensive control variants, lower costs compared to a cold water system was also a key factor. A total of 4 compact outdoor units installed on the flat roof manage the calculated cooling load of around 168 kW. The 54 cassette indoor units could be installed unobtrusively in the ceiling and keep the sales and office areas lovely and cool, without any drafts.
