Exactly – the perfect climate

Two vacation homes blend into the landscape covered with vineyards – the Winzerhaus am Wiesberg and the Weinzeit Chalets in Gamlitz. The vacation homes not only stand out due to their rural location and design, but also due to the project requirements placed on the TOSHIBA systems and the installation company. These projects were planned and implemented by Cool Company located in Leibnitz. Cool Company successfully overcame the challenges the vacation homes posed and brought the wishes of the owners to life.

Understated design in modern chalets

The center of Kranachberg in Gamlitz hosts three newly constructed chalets which impress with their understated and modern design and which can be booked by holidaymakers. When carrying out this building project, the owner opted for RAS systems for cooling the living spaces and bedrooms. The Shorai Edge model was selected after impressing with its inconspicuous and understated design. This device is characterized by a maximum energy efficiency rating of A+++ in combination with an ultra-pure air filter, which captures up to 94% of the PM2.5 particles. The air conditioning systems also had to be user-friendly; not a problem with the comfort infrared remote control that can also be controlled using an app.

The TOSHIBA business solution for your vacation

The Winzerhaus am Wiesberg impresses with its charming rooms and spacious outdoor area. This goal of this project was to provide cooling relief during summer, while also heating the rooms during cooler months. The target group for the vacation house is primarily those on a short break – which is why it is particularly important that the system is as easy to use as possible. Cool Company therefore opted for a 2-pipe MiNi VRF system which provides cooling up to 15.5 kW or heating up to 18 kW. It creates the ideal balance of temperature and humidity – with low operating costs for the owner. Furthermore, this business solution provides the option of connecting all 8 indoor units to an outdoor unit and controlling them individually.

The owner opted for a mix between console units, high-wall units, and 1-way cassettes to ensure optimum air quality in every room. The indoor units from TOSHIBA also don't detract from the look of the vacation home, as they blend in almost unnoticed in each room.
