A remarkable TOSHIBA VRF project takes us to the old town of Klagenfurt.
The offices of the Klagenfurt Health Fund are housed on the 5th floor on an area of 300 m2. In the bright and friendly rooms, the financing of fund hospitals or the administration of financial resources for compensation in cases of hardship are dealt with.
Daniel Wodlei, product manager and project manager at KLÖTZL Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH. confirms the special challenges in old town locations. In this case, a product that met the requirements through high flexibility, solid processing and high performance in the smallest possible area was required.
An SMMS-e outdoor unit on the flat roof provides a reliable 45 kW cooling capacity and has proven to be extremely inner-city-friendly in terms of handling with a moderate weight and a footprint of less than one m2. In the office area, a mix of ten wall-mounted units and two 60x60 slim cassettes ensure that the cooling capacity is implemented. Here the employees appreciate the compactness and the quiet operation of the devices as well as the individual operation via infrared remote controls.
